With the software module CSI-Tool you can read original Bruker datasets (reference and CSI scans) as FIDs or as already reconstructed intensity files.
The following analysis functions are then provided:

  – Real time modification of bandwidth (exponential window)

  – Zero filling for FIDs of pilot and CSI scans

  – Application of numerous spatial window functions and DC correction

  – Overlay of spectra for comparison of local spectroscopic data

  – Summation and export of spectra

  – Calculation of signal-to-noise ratios

  – Visualization of arbitrary line profiles

  – Integration of individual or all spectra

  – Construction of integral maps including export functions

  – Overlay of different datasets

  – Normalization/calibration

  – Several saving functions

Recently also 3D CSI datasets can be loaded with optional application of a sine apodization function in the third dimension before calculating the fourier transform.
A more detailed description is provided in the program's help file which is unfortunately not yet available in English language (download German help file). The program was written in LabVIEW from National Instruments and it should run on every windows computer without problems when using the LabVIEW Runtime Engine. Of course, the program is available for anybody who is interested in (please contact me: christoph.jacoby@uni-duesseldorf.de).
